Yes. Families never pay us. The care homes and communities we place with pay us, so our help costs you nothing.
We start with a friendly conversation about your loved one's needs, preferences, location, and budget. Then we find homes and communities that fit, help set up tours, and stay with you until move-in.
A Certified Family Home is a real home with one to four residents and very personal care. Assisted living is a larger community with more amenities and activities. We'll help you figure out which fits best.
Yes. We regularly help families find placements for heavy care needs, including memory care and dementia with challenging or aggressive behaviors.
Most of the families we help pay privately. If Medicaid is part of your plan, just let us know and we'll talk through which options might work.
We serve the whole Treasure Valley: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, and Star.
In an emergency, we can often help with a same-day move. If you're not in a rush, we work around your schedule. For example, if you've already paid for 30 days somewhere else, we can plan the move for when that time ends.
Of course, and we encourage it. We'll help you schedule tours so you can see each place and meet the caregivers for yourself.
Just call or email us. We work with discharge planners, case managers, hospice and home health teams, elder law attorneys, financial planners, and senior real estate agents. We're a free placement resource for your clients, and we'll keep you updated along the way.
